Where We Ship 

We proudly ship to the US, Canada and Israel at this time.

Processing Time

Each order is prepared with care and shipped within 2–3 business days (Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Orders ship securely using reliable international carriers such as EcoPost and Israel Postal Service.

Tracking information is included with registered mail and will be emailed to you once your package ships.

To keep costs low, our standard shipping does not include tracking. Please note that if you choose this option, we cannot provide updates or take responsibility for packages once they leave our hands. For full peace of mind and delivery protection, we highly recommend selecting a Tracked service at checkout.

Delivery times and tracking visibility may vary by country due to local customs and postal hand-offs.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States & Canada: 7–14 business days.

Israel: Anywhere from 3–14 business days depending on the mail service you choose at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your region and the service you choose.

We’re pleased to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on orders over $100 USD.

Flat rate shipping costs will be added on at checkout. The costs will reflect the type of delivery you select.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to local customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility. The Simple Little Things is not responsible for customs-related fees or delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Full refunds are only provided if your item arrives damaged or an incorrect product was sent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Shipping Protection (Optional)

To offer you peace of mind, we offer optional shipping protection that safeguards your order against, loss, theft, or damage during transit.

At checkout, you'll have the option to add shipping protection for a small additional fee. If you choose this coverage and your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you can easily file a claim through our protection portal.

Without Shipping Protection

If shipping protection is not purchased, The Simple Little Things is not responsible for packages marked as delievered by the carrier, or for loss, theft, or damage that occurs during shipping. Once your order leaves our facility and is in the carrier's possession, the carrier assumes responsibility for safe delivery.

We recommend adding shipping protection at checkout to ensure your jewelry is fully covered throughout its journey to you.
