Orders & Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide from Israel. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your location and package weight.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing times.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Enjoy free worldwide shipping on orders over $100 USD. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship with reliable international carriers such as EcoPost, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on destination and service availability. All orders include tracking.

Will I pay customs or duties?

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival. These are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

My tracking hasn't been updated—what should I do?

Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch and may pause during customs clearance. If it hasn't been updated for more than a week, please contact your local carrier or reach out to us.

My package shows “Delivered” but I can’t find it.

Check with neighbors or your local post office. If you added Route Package Protection at checkout, file a claim directly through Route. Without Route, we’ll do our best to assist, but replacements can’t be guaranteed for deliveries marked “Delivered.”

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Unworn items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items marked final sale are not returnable.

How do I start a return?

Email sales@thesimplelittlethings.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll send instructions for shipping your item back.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable service.

What condition should returns be in?

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their complete original packaging. Returns received in unsellable condition may be declined.

When will I receive my store credit or exchange?

Once we receive and approve your return, store credit (digital gift card) or an exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Product & Care

What materials do you use?

Materials are listed on each product page (for example: 925 sterling silver, gold plating, or cubic zirconia). For specific sensitivities, feel free to contact us before ordering.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Store pieces separately, avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotion, and gently polish with a soft cloth after wearing. Keep gold-plated items away from abrasives to preserve the finish.

What is the best way to remove tarnish from my jewelry?

Tarnish is a natural process that occurs on most metals. To remove the patina, simply wipe down with a polishing cloth.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. Each order is packaged with care, and ready to be given as a gift. No extra wrapping needed!

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods listed at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our checkout is encrypted and processed through Shopify’s PCI-compliant payment gateways.

Changes & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders begin processing quickly, so changes or cancellations usually aren’t possible once placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout, or email us immediately if you need assistance.
