Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally with EcoPost (Israel's national postal service). International shipments always include tracking. For most shipments within Israel, tracking is available—details provided at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Yes, all international orders automatically include tracking via EcoPost. For domestic Israel orders via Israel Post, tracking is available when you select registered mail. You'll receive tracking details by email once your package ships.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing times.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We currently offer free shipping on orders over $100 USD. For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship internationally via EcoPost and domestically within Israel via Israel Post. Tracking information is included with registered mail and will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Will I pay customs or duties?
All customs and duties are included in the purchase cost.
My tracking hasn't been updated—what should I do?

My package shows “Delivered” but I can’t find it.
Check with neighbors or your local post office. If you added Sam Shipping Protect at checkout, file a claim directly through them. Without Sam Shipping Protection, we’ll do our best to assist, but replacements can’t be guaranteed for deliveries marked “Delivered.”
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unworn items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items marked final sale are not returnable.
How do I start a return?
Email sales@thesimplelittlethings.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll send instructions for shipping your item back.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend a trackable service.
What condition should returns be in?
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their complete original packaging. Returns received in unsellable condition may be declined.
When will I receive my store credit or exchange?
Once we receive and approve your return, store credit (digital gift card) or an exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

What materials do you use?
Materials are listed on each product page (for example: 925 sterling silver, gold plating, or cubic zirconia). For specific sensitivities, feel free to contact us before ordering.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Store pieces separately, avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotion, and gently polish with a soft cloth after wearing. Keep gold-plated items away from abrasives to preserve the finish.
What is the best way to remove tarnish from my jewelry?
Tarnish is a natural process that occurs on most metals. To remove the patina, simply wipe down with a polishing cloth.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. Each order is packaged with care, and ready to be given as a gift. No extra wrapping needed!
