We want you to love your jewelry.
Unworn items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange, unless marked as final sale or otherwise noted on the product page.
All returns must include the item in its complete original packaging and in new, unworn condition.
We reserve the right to decline a return if it arrives damaged, worn, or missing parts of the packaging.
Return Process

Include your order number and reason for return, and we’ll provide instructions for shipping your item back to us.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt until your return is confirmed.
The Simple Little Things is not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit.
Once your return is received and approved, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Additional Notes
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
After 14 days, we are unable to offer store credit or exchanges.
Approved returns will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card once processed.
